Bowling Green Art Council Gallery

The Bowling Green Arts Council has a retail presence for the Holidays!  The ART SLAM Gallery opened on Black Friday at 133 East Wooster Street in BG (formerly 'The BLDG' across from Reverend's and Dave's Cosmic Subs.

Open House & Artist's Reception this Thursday, December 1st from 4:30 - 7:00 PM.  There will be refreshments and live music by Bruce Lillie.

The Gallery will be open Fridays from 5-9 PM, Saturdays from Noon-9 PM, & Sundays from Noon-5 PM through December 18th!

So I was going to draw Steve Jobs like Jesus with the Apple logo in the center like the Holy Spirit. 

But then I just went with his head and put the Apple logo in the background. 

Really liked how it turn out!

Displaying my work this Saturday!!!!

Hey anyone in the Toledo area...I will be showing and sell my work Saturday at Qumby's from 8 to 11pm it's called Toledo Art Beat. It will have lots of music from different bands and bunch of artist too!

So I am doing this series on all the different types of gang members from the movie The Warriors. So the first one that I have jumped into is the baseball gang....I totally forgot what they are called, but anyways here is a illustration...still in progress.

Captain Thug!!!

So I have had my Wacom Cintiq monitor for over a week and finally got to sit down and punch out an illustration.
So after hours of sitting around thinking of what to draw, I finally just started to move the pencil around and came up with this.

 

After scanning it, I was finally able to ink and color the illustration and I my opinion this is my favorite drawing I have done in a long time!

 

Well after this result, I know I will be adding alot more illustration pretty soon!
